Our Values and Objectives

Happiness

Armand's main goal, as well as that of the family in general, is to have a good time. Working at ease, having fun and doing what he enjoys the most. He aims to feel like a child every day he sets foot on Tintes Egara.

"This is the only way to live truly and intensely".

Leave a Footprint

Tintes Egara has been a chameleonic brand since its beginnings. We have been adapting to new trends, current demand and the market. Creating products that were not needed, or even did not exist. Now one of our most important objectives is to leave our mark. To be different, with a personality and essence that leaves no one indifferent.

Personal and different

Our work at Tintes Egara is created through a combination of mechanical (using machinery) and manual production. We want the result to be pieces that give off a life and light of their own. Garments that speak for themselves, that are transgressive, different and with a lot of personality.

Equality

Equality and parity are very important and highly relevant issues in our company. Our staff is made up of 54% men and 46% women - in which we include all areas -. Absolute equality in Management and Administration, as well as in Production and Middle Management.

Sustainability

Sustainability is an issue of great importance and weight in the company.
Therefore, we do not share the fast-fashion philosophy.

1.- Recycle and Reuse. We use recycled and recyclable plastic bags, as well as reusing them as a packaging system for transport and customer collections. The same goes for our cardboard boxes. We also reuse pallets for both outbound and return transport. Once these objects have been reused and damaged, like the metal packaging, they are sent to a centre for recovery and subsequent recycling or reconditioning. Plastic product packaging (cylinders) is sent to a destruction center for a subsequent recycling into new plastic.

2.- Dyeing and Finishing. Adoption of new dyeing and finishing processes (bubble system, foam system), which have a very important effect on environmental impact. Reduction of water and energy consumption (steam and electricity), which in turn produces less waste.

3.- Natural products. Use of natural products that can be dyed without using water in the dyeing process (health dyes). This allows a reduction in the consumption of water, energy and waste.
